The Marlow Summerhouse
This gorgeous summerhouse will brighten everyone’s gardens because it is practical, spacious, and has enough natural light. The Marlow is renowned for having both a more modern pent roof option or a conventional apex roofline.
The Marlow, our best-selling summerhouse, includes a single entrance with a 5-lever security lock, transparent or square (genuine) leaded windows, and a high-level window on the side as standard features. This high-end summerhouse has an interior eave height of 6’8″ that rises to 7’8″ at the apex, offering enough height for working or space for relaxation. The construction material is 2″x2″ PAR (planed all round) studwork. Straight fascias are present.
The Marlow, like all of our structures, is built by hand in our own Essex workshops using high-quality redwood from Scandinavia that has been slowly matured.
Please be aware that unless otherwise stated at the time of delivery, all garden buildings are shipped and built untreated as standard. Solid-coloured painted units are only for exhibition.

We use high-grade Scandinavian redwood in the manufacturing process. Our timber is carefully picked for quality and the best part is, that it is sustainable. The timber itself is rated at source and then reassessed and selected for quality at our state-of-the-art sawmill. There are a lot of garden buildings available that were built with cheaper, quicker-growing woods that might twist or decay rapidly. We frequently run into people who have been using our Carr Garden Buildings for 20 to 25 years; the wood is still in excellent condition.
