Where We Deliver

We manufacture our log cabins, sheds and summerhouses in Essex. Our head office and factory is based in Wickford, Essex. We offer free delivery to areas within a 50-mile radius of our factory postcode, which is SS11 8YB. Deliveries beyond that may be possible depending on scheduling and may incur a surcharge. For larger buildings like our super log cabins we will travel much further so please telephone for guidance.

Meanwhile, we would like to share last week completed log cabin! It is our Premium 68 mm log structure with pent roof design. A good size 20 ft x 10 ft log cabin features with main area of 15’6’’ by 10‘ and the storage area of 4’6’’ by 10’.

As requested by customer, the joinery and fascias has been painted in grey.
These great outdoor buildings can be used all year round because of the natural feature – slow-grown Scandinavian timber, keeping it warm and yet durable.
The building height is just under 2.5 meters and can be assembled in most residential gardens. However, we always suggest customers to check with their local authorities.

All our log cabins come as standard with double doors and windows on front elevation, EPDM rubber roof, double glazing, rubber seals around doors and windows, light brown wood treatment, sealant, damp-proof membrane, installed ventilation, and heavy-duty plywood flooring.

The Southwold Studio with an Apex roof.
This week completed The Southwold Studio summerhouse. Usually it is made with pent roof design, however, we are open to requests to change the designs/create your own and the best part is – there is no extra charge for it!

The completed summerhouse is 10 ft x 6 ft. The modern look compromises a set of double doors and full-length windows to the front, on the sides it has half-glazed opening windows. All glass is toughened. Fitted with EPDM rubber roof (comes with 5 years guarantee). Externally treated in light brown wood preservative.

The Bespoke Log Cabin.
Customer left a feedback for a bespoke design log cabin, 68 mm, under 2.5 m, delivered and assembled on same day in Essex:
‘Our aim was to replace a couple of aged garden sheds whilst also creating an outdoor living space. We knew the space available to us and that we wanted quality material and construction. Upon mentioning this to a friend, we became aware of Carr Garden Buildings and soon realised the appeal of their log cabin style buildings. Communication with Carr's sales team was excellent and they worked with us throughout the journey. Once the base was ready we arranged a day to erect the cabin and the job was completed that day. This is not only an extremely functional log cabin it also very pleasing to the eye and will provide enjoyment for years to come’.
All done from scratch, followed by CAD designs, with attention to detail, and flexibility for modifications and great product is finally complete! We are extremely happy to be part of the customer outdoor space project!
The longest measurement was 7.3m x 3.6m., designed to keep the building under 2.5 m in height.
Internally there are three areas: main studio, the storage and the plant room with large window to the side for those sunny days! At the back, there was additional high level vent window fitted. Roof insulation fitted too so could be used all year round.

What a beautiful log cabin completed recently! It is the second cabin for the repeat customer.
The size is 7.1 m x 4.2 m, 68 mm logs, apex roof line cabin, near 2.7 m at its highest point externally, fitted with roof insulation, so could be used all year round. There are internal walls dividing the cabin into three areas.
As per customer's request, the joinery has been painted in grey color, including the fascias all the way round.

Recently completed log cabin. It is always lovely to speak with returning customers and be a part of another home/garden project!
It is our premium 68 mm log cabin with pent roof line. The log cabin size is 25 ft at the front, divided into 15 ft and 10 ft areas. Also fitted with double doors for the easy storage access as well as double doors for the main entrance. The roof has been insulated too with 45 mm PIR boards.

Constructed with heavy duty 4’’ x 2’’ framework, claded with 19 mm T&G boards, floors made from 18 mm heavy duty plywood, fitted with double-glazed doors and windows, as well as EPDM rubber roof -these are all standard specs for The Superframe!
The size is 20 ft x 12 ft, space is divided into three areas. Internally added single door to storage. Another storage accessible via the door externally. All the joinery was painted in grey and looks amazing!
